Going Out On a Limb
Sculpture/installation/Performance Mixed media, dimensions variable
Going Out on a Limb is a durational performance and installation that examines the fragile structures of social connection. A select group of participants was invited to engage in an extended, six-hour experience, deliberately isolated from the audience yet suspended in a shared space. The work probes the tension between togetherness and solitude, revealing how social bonds can be both constructed and tested. By orchestrating these dual perspectives, Going Out on a Limb invites viewers to reflect on the quiet complexities of human relationships.
